Artisynth Affiliate Program Policy

Welcome to the Artisynth Affiliate Program, where you can earn commissions by referring new subscribers to our platform. We refer to our affiliates as "Artisynth Affiliates". We are thrilled to have you on board and look forward to a mutually beneficial relationship.

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. By participating in our Affiliate Program, you agree to abide by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Participation in the Affiliate Program is subject to acceptance of the terms stated herein. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not join the Affiliate Program.

2. Affiliate Registration

To participate in the Affiliate Program, you must register through Rewardful. You must provide truthful, verifiable information during the registration process. You must be at least 13 years of age and provide a valid email address along with other required information1.

3. Earnings and Payments

As an Artisynth Affiliate, you will earn a set commission for each new subscriber you refer to our platform. The commission will be calculated automatically by Rewardful. The payout is scheduled to occur on the 1st of every month. Please note that as part of our payout policy, commissions are considered pending for the first 90 days from the date they are earned. After this period, the commission will be due and payable. This policy helps ensure accurate and fair compensation for all of our affiliates. Rewardful will track and display the history of these commissions, along with their status: pending, due, and paid, for both the affiliates and us to view1.

4. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your affiliate account if you breach these terms. Any termination of your account will result in the deactivation or deletion of your account, denied access to your account, and the forfeiture and relinquishment of all content in your account1.

5. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, with or without notice. If any future changes to these terms are unacceptable to you or cause you to no longer be in compliance, you must immediately stop participating in the Affiliate Program. Your continued participation in the Affiliate Program following any revision to these terms constitutes your complete acceptance of any and all such changes1.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

We do not claim any intellectual property rights over the content submitted or created exclusively in your affiliate account. Any content that is yours remains yours1.

7. Confidentiality and Proprietary Rights

As a participant in the Affiliate Program, you may have access to business, technical, or financial information relating to our business. You agree to take reasonable precautions to protect such Proprietary Information and not to use or divulge it to any third person without our express permission1.

8. Restrictions and Responsibilities

You are not permitted to use any techniques to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover the underlying structure, ideas, know-how, or algorithms relevant to our services. You must not use our services for timesharing or service bureau purposes, or otherwise for the benefit of a third party. You also agree not to remove any proprietary notices or labels1.By joining the Artisynth Affiliate Program, you agree to abide by these terms. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Your continued participation in the Affiliate Program following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
